December 4th to 6th, 2009
The Pickering Ringette Association is pleased to invite you to our 32nd Annual Tournament. We intend to offer all levels of play as outlined below:
| U19 Belle AA & U 16 Junior AA | 4 game - 20 minute periods | $725.00 |
| U14 Tween AA & U12 Prov. Petite | 4 game - 15 minute periods | $650.00 |
| U14 Tween A to +18 Open A | 4 game - 15 minute periods | $650.00 |
| U10 to +18 Regional B/C | 3 game - 15 minute periods | $495.00 |
| U9 Novice | 3 game - 15 minute periods | $495.00 |
| U7 Bunny | 3 game - 15 minute periods | $400.00 |
LTAD
As part of the Long Term Athletic Development program effective with the 2009-10 season the new division titles along with the old will be listed where possible. The new division titles as follows -

Registration:
Registration will be done online this year (partnered with HTG Sports). Once your registration has been submitted cheques must be sent as soon as possible, as registration will only be considered complete once the cheque has been received. Registration will close on November 1st, 2009. Please include your registration confirmation, TRF and cheque; payable to Pickering Ringette Association to the following address:

A complete set of rules will be available with your tournament package and downloadable online. Games will commence on Friday December 4, 2009 at 9:00am, we will try to schedule local teams for early morning games.

The success of our tournament relies heavily on the combination of great volunteer and partnership established with our sponsor. Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for our annual Tournament. One of the criteria for acceptance into our tournament is that any team requiring hotel accommodations must be secured through HUDSON TRAVEL GROUP. Any team not complying with this directive will be denied entry into the tournament. Hudson Travel Group has secured blocks at the participating host hotels so be sure to contact them early to book your team. Thank you for your support.

Regionals are the weekend of April 9-11. Try-outs will begin after this, starting Monday, April 12th.
No guarantee this is the final schedule, they may be small changes.
